Our refund and returns policy lasts 60 days. If 60 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
If you are within that 60 day window, send the product back to us for a refund. Include your name, email and order number on a note inside the package.

Our products pass a strict quality control before they are shipped. If your product is defective we will replace it at no cost to you. If you feel your product is defective email us your concerns.
